The Company was registered on 3 October 1996. The Company’s main shareholder is Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. holding 99.99% of it’s equity.

In its offering, BZ WBK Leasing SA has vehicles financing products dedicated both to businesses and personal customers. When developing its offer for businesses, the Company distinguished two categories of products - AUTOSTRADA and AUTOTRANS. Such split facilitates and accelerates conclusion of agreements, by directing the customer’s focus to the offer which meets their financial needs best. Moreover, in adjusting to the market and to the amended legal regulations on passenger car lease, the Company offers funding of passenger cars also to Individual Customers - Car Loan. In line with our development strategy, we introduced the sale of our standard products to the BZ WBK network.

BZ WBK Leasing SA offers both standard and tailor-made products. Owing to the capital and logistic backup of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. the Company is able to face the biggest challenges in the financial investment market.
